You can do it

I started doing meth when I was 15. Along with any other drug that was around. I started making meth when I was 16. I was a hopeless wreck . Both my children were taken be cause of my drug abuse. I was homeless. In an out of jail. It was 12 yrs of pure Hell. SIXTEEN MONTHS AGO I got into a recovery home, I worked the 12 steps and now I sponser girls like me. I graduated the house after 12 months. I now live with both my kids. I have recovered from the hopelessness and my life is reasonably happy. You can do it GOOD LUCK

This Story of Hope was created in celebration of recovery and to let families know that there are pathways to hope and healing. The Partnership for Drug-Free Kids is the only nonprofit organization dedicated to helping families who are struggling with their son or daughter's substance use.
