Lessons are hard

hI everyone my name is Jean and I have been down a hard road like all of us. The alcohol beat me the most and introduced me to a lfe of hell. At first it was pretty good and I felt happy for once in my life but it's intentions was to destroy all that I had. I have hurt alot of people through this drinking and hurt myself a lot also but I care about myself now as I have gotten older and wiser to put this down and lead a good life. Its hard at times to face real life but at least I can wake up and be in my bedroom and not in jail. I have freedom. I can get through this with God's help and those who still talk to me. t has damaged my mind and I am still dealing with alot of depression but I try to eat better foods and get outside and do things. Sunshine feels so good on my face and I recall when I was drinking I would curse because it was shining. I was very sick and I wouldn't wish this problem on my worst enemy. Please get help and get clean so you can have a life and there's a lot of help out there so go get it. It's very sad to read these stories as we all have alot in common but I care and I hope we all get through this and find true happiness. Don't look back just move ahead. IT WILL GET BETTER.
