My new beginning.

My new beginning.

Hey, my name is Stevie Lantz from Moorefield WV and?this is my story. It all started out when I was about nine years old. My older brother and sister were getting into a lot of trouble. Between getting arrested, and stealing from our parents. My brother tried to kill himself. He was sent to a mental hospital. Then, my older sister overdosed, so?both of them went to rehab. I decided I wanted to be just like them. It started out with me smoking pot, then I started to huff glue, then it was snorting pills and?then it finally accumulated to me smoking crystal meth all?by the age of 14. I got by with it for a while. Everyone realized I needed help and?of course I thought they were just trying to hurt me. So by the age of 15 I was in rehab in Kingwood, WV. I spent my 16th birthday in there. At first I didn't want help because I liked what I did. I was in there for 10 months. During that long period of time I realized I really did need help. Now I'm a little over a year clean. I'm 17 years old and I'm three months pregnant. If I didn't have a family that cared I could be dead now or laying in a ditch. My brother is still in prison for what he did. And my sister still continues to use drugs. And sooner or later I will get her help. I would love to help everyone if I could. I hope my story makes a difference to you. And maybe you'll decide to get help also.(:
