No more meth!

No more meth!

I used meth very heavily 8 years ago. I used and caused trouble where I landed in prison and even lost custody of my daughter. I knew before prison I wanted to change....I phoned home and told my mom I was ready and for some reason after all the worry and pain I have caused she believed me. So I went to a 21 day treatment. Before I knew it,?I was wanted by the police. When I graduated from treatment the cops caught up with me and I ended up In prison. I used my time efficiently by taking two college classes. When released I instantly looked for a job and cut all ties with my so-called friends from my meth circle. I had an old school friend call me out off the blue to hang out and next thing I knew I had positive people around me and found a job at a Subway. I worked as much as I could and worked my way up to management.

It took a lot of proving myself because five felonies is like a big monkey on your back. I met a wonderful man;?we are now married. I also recieved custody of my beautiful daughter again. I decided to go to college and graduated my program with honors. I got to say a speech at graduation. It was the best feeling, ever!! Now I have two daughters, loving husband, and wonderful life. I feel like it was a liftime ago I used meth....there is light at the end of the tunnel, I promise you that!!
