When I has in junior high, pot was everywhere and considered "cool".

I got high for the first time with a reallly sexy girl, my first kiss. We giggled the wholle time when we got high and it was so much fun.

My friends and I started, and, after a few months of steady use, I didn't giggle. I just got mellow and burned out., I began failing all my classes.

I began having depression, withdrawal and not coping well with the events in my life. I just stopped growing, mentally and emotionally. Finally, I realized i was on the wrong path, and quit weed, drinking and smoking cigarettes.

it took another year after being clean to heal.

I learned: Drugs = mental illness

it turned out that sober is "cool",
