Drug free and lovin it!

Drug free and lovin it!

Hello! My name is Hughie and I am a recovering addict for over 7yrs now and it feels great. Just to be in control of my life and distiny, no homeless nights on a park bench or chasing drugs, doing things I wouldn't have done if not under the influence of drugs. I've been blessed with the hand of God. He slap the taste of drugs out of my mind and the taste out of my mouth, gave the strength and courage to admit to myself that I had a problem. So I went and got help and here I am today nearly 8yrs later saying to those who are drug abusers that you should take a deep breath and realize that you are hurting many people, friends and mostly family not to mention the harm you are doing to yourself with the constant use of the mind altering substances. Have you stop for a moment to reflect on the good old days before drugs, when you were family oriented, in your kids life as a parent or a good spouse to your mate. Drugs take all that away makes you less than and it hurts when you realize it. Trust me, I been there. Today I am proud of me, I love me today. So for all of you that are under this drug addiction, Please start loving yourself, God loves you and so do I.
