My big brother Jeffrey was/ is my best friend. He was good at everything; sports, HVAC, skim boarding and he loved kids. Jeffrey loved the "Chicken Dance" song and was nicknamed "Chicken man." He was famous locally at the Delaware Beaches for being East Coast Skim Boarding Champion multiple times. He taught others how to skim board and counseled those from his AA group about addiction and depression. Jeffery took troubled teens around with him throughout the day to work and the beach to keep them busy and out of trouble. He volunteered his time at soup kitchens and AA meetings all year round. He was only 33 when he died this May 2009. He was a beautiful soul and a good person inside and out. He will be loved and forever missed. I love you Jeffrey <3 - Your sister, Jackie
