In memory of Alex Wolf

Created by Family Of Alex Wolf

Alex Wolf

We lost our boy, Alex, at age 23. He was twin brother to Aaron, younger brother to Kimberly, brother in law to Bryan and a new uncle to their son, Brody. Alex took a prescription pain reliever that interacted with his own anxiety medication which caused his death while he slept. We feel fragile, devastated, angry and lost by his death. But, we try to honor him by living our lives and by sharing his story. It is our hope that by telling others how he died, we can destroy the myth held by young people that misusing prescription drugs is safe. They are not safe to misuse. Abusing these medications is a real and deadly risk. Alex is lost to all of us, until we meet again. Until that time, we treasure the memory of his grin, his sense of humor, his kindness, and his love for all of us. We pray that no more lives will be lost to prescription drugs. It is our hope that those that are sharing, selling, or abusing these medications, will stop. Young people are dying, please stop.Alex, while the stories and memories of you develop and settle in our hearts and minds, please visit us often and send us signs that you are near. We love you.Mom, Dad, Kimberly, Bryan and Brody, Aaron and Laurie and Ashley
