In memory of James Matthew Dewar

Created by Family Of James Matthew Dewar

James Matthew Dewar

I am Matty's aunt. I still am. Not a day goes by that I don't think of him. It is such a very sad and tragic story. Matthew did not intend to die; he had way to much life in him. He thought that he knew what he was doing. He was just a sad and lost little boy. As he got older, he grew into a sad and lost young man. Matthew left behind a family that loved him much more than he knew. He left behind friends that still remember the good times. He left behind a mother that cannot stop crying and a daughter that wants to know all she can about her daddy. A laugh doesn't even sound like a laugh. The sun doesn't shine as bright. Food tastes different. Life just is different without you in our lives. Nothing will ever be the same again. Nothing.

I wanted to tell you how very sorry I am for your loss. I lost my son to drugs as well, and I had to agree. My son thought he knew what he was doing. He used to tell me all the time, "Dont worry, I got this." Yeah right!!!!!!! God bless you always, you are in my prayers. Jennifer[Billy Wilson's mama]

Dear Matty- it has now been one whole long year without you. Every day you have been missed. Your mom had a candle lit memorial for you last night at your house. It was pretty awesome. We played your musice, and your family and friends gathered to pay their respects to your memory and honor your life. You were loved by many Matty. And now you are missed by all. I love you. Aunt Janice.
