In memory of Damienn Tyson

Damienn Tyson

My son Damienn passed away two days after my birthday in 2007. He sang Happy Birthday over the phone and sounded like he was not feeling well but he promised me that he would take care of his blood sugars as he was a diabetic. Even though it has been almost three years he has been gone, my heart breaks for him as ifI had lost him yesterday. Being a diabetic makes the body even more susceptable to toxins than someone without diabetes. He was always a kind and consideration young man - and his autopsy report showed he only had Tylenol cold medicene in his system. I knew that he was smoking pot but the report said otherwise. I am thankful that he was not using but the diabetes and the high blood sugar is what took his life. Even thoughI only had Damienn for 19 years on this Earth, I am glad to have had him in my life as he was and always be a sweet and cool kid in my heart. I miss him terribly and am having a hard time with my youngest whom is now 19 years old. He is so rude and obnoxious - I have no idea how to help him as he has always had a worrisome disposition.
