In memory of Dylan Yates

Created by Family Of Dylan Yates

Dylan Yates

Dylan - A young man who survived cancer as a teenager only to become addicted to opiate painkillers. His life began to revolve around the need for opiates. He suffered from depression and struggled with a kidney illness resulting from chemotherapy side effects.

He tried several rehabilitation centers only to end up back on the opiates when swollen and in horrible pain from the kidney issues. It became a cycle for Dylan, who was a very nice young man who hated his addiction.

He died of acute heroin and cocaine intoxication the same day he was released from a 30 day rehab in San Diego, California. He was 23.

God rest his soul, he no longer struggles.
