In memory of Scott McGinnis

Created by Family Of Scott Mcginnis

Scott McGinnis

My son Scott and I had a very special bond. I'm sure it was due to his neediness from his drug addiction. He told everybody that I was his best friend. We could talk about anything and everything. He always knew that he could turn to us, his parents.
A huge part of my heart has been ripped from me so of course my life will never be the same. I won't let it destroy me because my son would not want that. I am determined to grow stronger and do what I can to help others understand the terrible disease of addiction.
My son's death prompted me to write three books on addiction. I am trying to reach out to others, especially the younger kids.

God bless Scotty. I'm sure he and Erik and all the boys are flying through the realms, free and joyous. No more struggle, suffering, regrets!
