About 5 years in to my love with crystal meth, I started shooting it and sharing needles. In 2012 I got tested for HIV and it came back positive. My wife and daughters tested negative.
I lost all 3 of my kids. I can't see them or call them. I could not stay off the drug to save my life. Not even after losing my wife, kids or HIV.
Then 2014 on New Year's Day, I moved to a little town in Saratoga Springs, NY. And now I have a women who loves me. She is not positive but knows I am. She has a 9-year-old daughter who loves me to death. I have a great sponsor who really cares -- but you can't quit for no one but yourself. I tried for my 3 daughters, my wife, and all I did was hurt them more and more. I thank my higher power Jesus Christ!
