30 Days to Live

30 Days to Live

30 days to live. I grew up in a family of alcoholics -- my mother and father were alcoholics. On March 22, 1996, my doctor gave me 30 days to live. They came back two weeks and said, "You will live, but you'll need a liver transplant." They came back to see me two weeks and said, "You lost a 1 1/3 of your liver. You can live a normal life. You have to change your diet. If you drink again YOU ARE GOING TO DIE."  March 22, 1996 was my last drink. God is good all the time. Thanks for letting me share.
