A Clouded Adolescence

A Clouded Adolescence

My name is Nicholas. I have had problems with Marijuana, alchohol and nicotine. I haven't smoked pot in 215 days, and I haven't had a drink or a cigarette in 74. I am a college student, which often makes it difficult to maintain the commitment to sobriety. I began smoking pot innocently during my freshman year of high school, and it snowballed into something I eventually couldn't control. My ex girlfriend and her mother helped me to see the benefits of staying clean, and I stopped using. Since I have been clean, things are really looking up. I feel more accomplished in many ways, and I am doing very well as a son and a person in general. I am responsible, caring, and considerate, in ways that I could not be when I had a drug problem. I seek to continue my sobriety, and to further it with every chance that I can. I know that it will take work, every single day, in order to remain clean, and I am willing to do that work.?

Best of luck to everyone else,

Love,

Nicholas Patyk
