Sobriety is a Journey

Sobriety is a Journey

I started using drugs when I was only 12 years old. I started with marijuana and kept experimenting until I tried methamphetamines. There became my downfall. A struggle for 12 years off and on. I lost my husband, my oldest son and my life.

I can proudly say that I have been in recovery and sobriety for 9 years last month. I have learned so much during the journey in my sobriety. I talk to teens as much as possible to get my story out there. If I can just help one person avoid drugs, I feel compete.
