After being fired from my job I realized that I had to clean up my life. I wasn't making smart decisions as a manager and leading by example. I was disrupting relationships with my friends, family, and disvaluing myself as a person. I know I had to clean up my life and put myself on a positive path. I've had several run-ins with drugs and alcohol where I've come close to death. Through the free health clinic I was able to recieve free help. The one-one sessions really help because it wasn't a family member or a friend. Also journals helped address whatever mood I was feeling. On my journey of soberity tea and veggies have been my best friend and I've been intoducing cooking in my life. It hasn't been easy, but everyday is a start to try again.
