My Mom's Recovery Journey

Thank you for visiting my Story of Hope I created in celebration of my mom's recovery. Please help me share my page so that other families know there are pathways to healing and hope. This is my mom. Her name is Jennifer.During her first battle with addiction, she had used drugs for 2 1/2 years and chose to go to a program in order to avoid going to prison. My mom then went to the program, but unfortunately relapsed a second time. My mom had battled her addiction for another 4 years after.During her last battle with drug use,my mom had almost lost her life. In that moment she had to make a choice to get sober. My mom started her final recovery journey on July 14th,2014 and is still sober to date. So in honor of celebrating my mom's recovery journey through sharing her story, I would like to set up this page in hopes of inspiring others to find their pathways to hope.
