Thank you for visiting the memorial page I created for my son Dave. We are hoping to organize the 3rd Annual Dave's Memorial Run/Walk in October of 2021 as a Virtual Run/Walk. We held the 2nd Annual Dave's Memorial Run/Walk on Saturday 10/19/19, Dave's 36th birthday, at the Panhandle Trail in Oakdale. Thank you everyone for all your help planning, being there the day of the run to help with the t-shirts, food and water, and to all our runners and walkers! Thank you to our local legislators who came and ran and who spoke. And thank you to the Oakdale police, EMS and borough staff for their presence and support. With everyone's help, we were able to raise $2,800 in 2019 for The Partnership to End Addiction. We hold the Run/Walk in memory of our beloved Dave to 1) Raise awareness of the opioid crisis and to 2) Raise funds for the Partnership for End Addiction, which provides prevention programs and critical information for families of teens and adults struggling with substance abuse.

Every dollar raised on behalf of the Partnership* will help ensure free, personalized family support resources, including our national helpline, peer-to-peer parent coaching, customized online tools and community education programs, can reach those who need them most.
