I pray for:
Self-awareness & Self-regulation. The power to let go of things that no longer serve us or progress our growth in life.
Knowledge that not all things are inherently bad, but should be used for good and have balance. If your loved ones tell you that you have a problem, that you listen with your whole heart.
Empathy and understanding from others witnessing a mental and emotional health illness often stemmed from trauma.
That I always carry a healthy amount of regret and guilt from my reflections on where I could have made a change that could have significantly impacted others. That I use that knowledge to do better and be better and spread a more positive humanity.
Let us help each other through this thing called life.
