This is a commemoration to Tom for his endless commitment to engage parents, co-workers, mental health professionals, and even politicians to alleviate the massive personal destruction caused by drug addiction. This is a small but very heartfelt attempt to help the Partnership to End Addiction continue their amazing work.
Tom helped found the Partnership for a Drug-Free America (which has evolved to become the Partnership to End Addiction) in 1986 and was instrumental in the organization producing the nation’s largest single issue public service campaign. He was also the driving force behind the decision to begin serving families directly with professional support from Dr. Jeff Foote and the Center for Motivation and Change, and the creation of the Partnership’s Family Services Program. Millions of Americans have learned that there is hope and help for substance use because of Tom’s thought leadership and passionate commitment to the goals of the Partnership to End Addiction.
Please show your love and respect for Tom and his legacy on his birthday, March 23rd, by donating to the Partnership to End Addiction. Your support will help families all across America who struggle with a loved one's substance use.
Anyone who knew Tom knows that he did everything with his whole heart – caring for others was what he did in every aspect of his life. It meant as much to him as it did to them. It would be a privilege if you could help me honor Tom on his birthday by continuing to support his life’s work for the families who need the Partnership’s help the most.
Thank you very much for your support for the Partnership to End Addiction. You can help further by sharing this commemoration and fundraiser with friends and family who may also know Tom, or who may want to help with the crucial work of the Partnership to End Addiction.
