Donate To Families Struggling With a Loved One Caught In Addiction For Taylor’s 24th Birthday

Thank you for visiting my fundraiser page for my 24th birthday on 11/22/2024! If you’ve known me the past 10 months of my sobriety, you know how hard I’ve worked to protect my sobriety & remember it’s importance to me. I will never be perfect, but being in touch with my values & intentionally trying to live and grow in them, is both freeing and humbling catching up in early adulthood. My substance abuse was life threatening before I was halfway to my 18th birthday. After nearly 6 years of chasing my next drunk over everything and everyone i had ever loved, glazed with the excuse of ‘I’m not gonna wake up any one of these days now anyways’. I tried to end my life for the last time on February 6th, 2024. Hospitalized, February 7th I admitted into inpatient rehab, again. A seed of hope and motivation through studying psychology/mental health research and doing intense self and life reflecting. Getting sober was just the beginning, my journey is lifelong. through intense trials and tribulations in the rollercoaster of life, i’ve continued to choose sobriety since Feb 7. It’s an accomplishment i hold close, but where i am today wouldn’t be possible without my family and the people who broke their backs for me through my addiction, who were continuously let down. For my 24th birthday and my first birthday home & sober in over 4 years, i’m asking for donations to the Partnership to End Addiction, where your support will help families struggling with a loved one's substance use. Together, we can empower families with hope and support. We do recover, and as much as it is our own responsibility to recover, educating, spreading awareness & destigmatizing ng  ourselvesplease consider sharing! The fundraiser ends 11/23/2024, the day after my birthday. Thanks so much! 🫶🏼💕
